This video shows how the local people catch kupang using hands at Lokkawi Sabah. They catch either to eat by themselves or sell it if there is an extra.
..it was 10am morning.. and the sun was very shinny on that day.. damnnnn hot. I can only last for less than 1 hour... wonder how they can stay there for many hours....

...they catch kupang during low tidal.. quite muddy and full of empty kupang shells...and this kupang shells is vert sharp and if you want to join them make sure you walk slowly...otherwise it can cut your foots at anytime..

..i was in lokkawi for holidays and in front of my MIL house got this so call beach and there is so many crabs ( mini ) crawling along the beach site. i just catch one and give a photo session with this guy and looks like he quite good on that... i taken quite many photos of this guy..but just let view one of it..lah. okey.

Market
.... taken at Semenyih morning market. It was around 6.30 - 7 am. I was there to test my friend dslr camera- olympus E-300 with -40-150mm lens. It's really a pleasure to hold a dslr on my hand which it is not belonging to myself. Well.. at least i got a chance to use it for few days.
oh ya. .. frankly speaking.. the lens fanstastic. sharp and clear. The pic below was still dark but with the lens, it capture every single lights available... muarrkks!

Trip to Semenyih's Dam.
.. today after sending my kids to kinder, i off to Semenyih's Dam. Well... i got this "red eyes" so the doc generously gave me another 2 days off. For me it just the "eyes red" ... the body feels good...:-D... so i made a tripped to semenyih's dam and below were those photos taken during my 1 hour visit.....

SAYA sudah beristeri sejak dua tahun yang lalu. Soalan saya ialah mengenai perasaan dingin untuk melakukan persetubuhan dengan isteri kerana faraj isteri saya berbau kurang menyenang, lebih-lebih lagi bila melakukan persetubuhan dalam bilik hawa dingin.
Tetapi bau itu tiada bila berkeadaan biasa (tidak melakukan persetubuhan). Oleh yang demikian, saya terpaksa meletakkan kipas di hadapan (mengadap muka) bagi mengurangkan bau tersebut. Harap doktor dapat membantu atau memberi nasihat bagi mengatasi masalah tersebut.

Mungkin ada bau peluh kering juga. Semua bau ini tiada apabila bahagian luar anggota kelamin dibersih dengan sabun. Tidak perlu pencuci yang bukan-bukan yang dipasarkan. Mungkin latacyd mencukupi kerana ia mengandungi keasidan semula jadi. Jika anggota kelamin isteri anda berbau, anda dan mungkin lelaki yang lain yang juga berdepan dengan perkara ini berasa serba salah untuk memaklumkan kepada isteri. Anda pula terpaksa mengawal diri dan mengelakkan persetubuhan. Anda terpaksa membuat persediaan untuk memastikan yang anda dapat bersamanya apabila anda mahu sangat melakukannya, seperti meletakkan kipas depan muka anda! Memang pelik dan isteri anda masih tidak faham! Bau faraj mungkin semula jadi, lebih lagi jika wanita itu baru lepas haid. Bekas tisu dalam faraj boleh menggalakkan tindak balas kuman yang menghasilkan bau itu. Bau akan kurang apabila tindak balas kuman itu reda.

Cancer Killers
Curry spice can kill cancer
A spicy way has been found to kill cancer cells. Scientists ave discovered that a substance found in turmeric, a basic curry ingredient, can kill cancer cells within 24 hours.
Researchers at Ireland's Cork Cancer Research Centre who treated oesophageal cancer cells with curcumin, a chemical found in turmeric, observed that it triggers lethal death signals in the cells.
The cells eventually digest themselves and die.
The results of the study were published in the British Journal of Cancer on Wednesday.
Turmeric is a basic ingredient in most curries
Curcumin gives turmeric (curcuma zangais) its orangy-yellow colour. The rhizome, a close relative of the ginger, is commonly used in Asian cooking as well as in traditional medicine.Chinese and Ayurvedic medical practioners use turmeric as a treatment for many ailments as it has anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal properties and believed to lower cholestrol.
The results of the Cork Cancer Research Centre study were published in the British Journal of Cancer on Wednesday.
"These exciting results suggest that scientists can develop curcumin as a potential anti-cancer drug to treat oesophageal cancer," said Dr Sharon McKenna who led the study.
Turmeric, a close relative of the ginger, is commonly used in Asian cooking as well as in traditional medicine
She said scientists had known hat natural compounds had the potential to treat faulty cells that become cancerous, adding they also suspected curcumin's possible therapeutic value.
She said medical researcher Dr Geraldine O’Sullivan-Coyne who had been looking for new ways of killing resistant oesophageal cancer cells tested curcumin on resistant cells.
"She found that they started to die using an unexpected system of cell messages."
"Normally, faulty cells die by committing programmed suicide – or apoptosis – which occurs when proteins called caspases are ‘switched on’ in cells."
"But these cells showed no evidence of suicide and the addition of a molecule that inhibits caspases and stops this ‘switch being flicked’, made no difference to the number of cells which died."
"This suggested that curcumin attacked cancer cells using an alternative cell signalling system," she added.
Oesophagus cancer kill more than half a million people in the world each year. The cancers are exceptionally deadly, with five-year survival rates of between 12 and 31 per cent.
The number of oesophageal cancer cases have gone up tremendously since the 70s and this is thought to be linked to rising rates of obesity, alcohol intake and reflux disease.
