Walk
Yesterday i walked to office. The distances roughly took 5 min ride using motorbike, 10 min for bicycle and 7 min using car. Walking... it takes 30 min to reach the office. Along the way .. u need climb up and down hill ( jungle tracking ) , safari tracking along the industrial area and F1 tracking before reach the office. Sound great. Yes of course look very simple but when u try it , don't complaint the pain on ur leg the day after. Why doing this stupid things when u can just ride a bike?... simple. It's for your heart. I read an article saying ..if u don't have time to excercise, try to walk to the office every morning. Park your car somewhere 1 or 2 km from your office and walk. This routine things will help your heart stay healty and strong. Believe it ?? well .. let me experience it and i will tell u after a month or two. Until then sayoss...

when reached office, take staircase instead, avoid the lift :D
haha...sometimes have to give appreciation to ownself, lift is a rewards. :D
